Assumptions

Manual cleaner speed: 400 m²/h (both) — the crew a robot replaces.

Robot speed:we take the maker's rated coverage and cut it to 51% — real robots lose speed to obstacles, overlaps & turns (×60%), and only clean part of a shift once you subtract docking, recharging & water refills (×85%). So a robot rated 1,000 m²/h effectively does ~510m²/h. Bold “up to” (theoretical-max) figures are cut harder — to 38% 45% before window duty).

Amortise / lease term: PUDU 5y · Gausium 3y · CenoBots 2y — each brand's warranty / service window.

Lease: a monthly payment financed at 9% p.a. over that term, plus consumables.
